VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, IN PUERTO RICO, U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW AND IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION ONLY BY ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

1. Eligibility
The JT Trading Post and JTTP Realty “America 250” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state or district of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, managers, members and agents of JTTP Bridge LLC dba JT Trading Post and Sharon Rose Realty, Inc. dba JTTP Realty (collectively, “Sponsor”), Administrator (named below), each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” means spouses, domestic partners, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and each of their respective spouses or domestic partners, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” means persons who share the same residence at least three (3) months per year, whether or not related. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on June 30, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT on July 4, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer or other official timekeeping device is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be void.

3. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.jttradingpost.com/s/america250 and follow the instructions to complete and submit the official Sweepstakes entry form. The entry form may request information such as your name, email address, telephone number, state of residence and date of birth or age confirmation. Sponsor may request additional contact information, including a mailing address, from a potential winner for prize administration purposes. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, late, lost, stolen, delayed, undelivered or not received for any reason are void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

4. Marketing Communications
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant acknowledges that Sponsor may use the contact information provided by the entrant to administer the Sweepstakes, notify the potential winner, award the prize and, subject to applicable law, send promotional messages, news and offers from Sponsor, including JT Trading Post and JTTP Realty. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by following any other instructions provided by Sponsor. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect an entrant’s Sweepstakes entry or chances of winning. Sponsor will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable law.

5. Random Drawing and Winner Notification
On or about July 5, 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential winner. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification within the time stated in the notification, or if no time is stated, within five (5) calendar days after the notification is sent. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, declines the prize, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not required to select more than three (3) alternate potential winners, after which the prize may remain unawarded.

6. Prize; Odds of Winning
One (1) prize will be awarded. The winner will receive one (1) $250 JT Trading Post gift card. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $250. The gift card is subject to its stated terms and conditions, except where prohibited by law. The prize is not transferable and may not be assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or any portion of a prize, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs and expenses not expressly stated as included in the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide valid identification and any tax information reasonably requested by Sponsor or Administrator. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Verification and Releases
As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, tax form and, where legally permissible, publicity release within fourteen (14) calendar days after the documents are sent or within any other time stated by Sponsor or Administrator. Failure to complete and return required documents within the required time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements and prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who Sponsor determines has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acted in violation of these Official Rules, acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or attempted to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s or Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term.

9. Internet and Technical Issues
Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrants, Internet users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, computer, network, telephone, hardware, software, electronic or human errors or failures of any kind, including any errors or problems that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or any Sweepstakes-related materials. If the operation, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, including by fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, human error, force majeure event, legal or regulatory issue, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if feasible and appropriate, award the prize from among the eligible entries received before the impairment occurred.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, members, shareholders, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or any violation of these Official Rules, including claims based on personal injury, death, property damage, rights of publicity, defamation or invasion of privacy. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award the prize, comply with legal obligations, send marketing and promotional communications as described in these Official Rules and the entry form, and for any other purposes disclosed at the time of entry or in Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy. Sponsor’s privacy policy is currently available at https://jttradingpost.com/policies/privacy-policy. If there is a conflict between these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules will control to the extent of the conflict.

12. Disputes; Governing Law
Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. Except where prohibited by law, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes, and shall not include attorneys’ fees or litigation costs. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain, and each entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, or any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant, Sponsor or Administrator, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.

13. Assignment; Successors and Assigns
Each and all of the covenants, terms, provisions, obligations and agreements contained in these Official Rules shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Sponsor, Administrator, entrants and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

15. Winner’s Name
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Andrew Evans, JT Trading Post, 61716 29 Palms Highway, Joshua Tree, CA 92252. Requests must be received after August 30, 2026 and by September 30, 2026.
