Every weekend, our market brings together local artisans, food vendors, and performers, creating a vibrant gathering space where the desert’s magic comes to life. Whether you’re shopping for handmade goods or simply soaking in the desert vibes, the market is a place to connect and celebrate creativity.

All vendors must maintain an active Seller’s Permit issued by the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA).

Requirements:

· Permit must be active and in good standing.

· Permit must list the location: 61716 Twentynine Palms Hwy, Joshua Tree, CA 92252.

· Permit must match the legal business name of the applicant.

· A copy of the permit must be submitted prior to approval.

Vendor is solely responsible for collection and remittance of applicable sales tax and maintaining compliance with all state and local tax regulations.

Minimum Coverage Limits:

· $1,000,000 per occurrence

· $2,000,000 aggregate

· Certificate & Endorsement Requirements:

· JTTP LLC, 61716 29 Palms Hwy, Joshua Tree, CA 92252 listed as Additional Insured.

· Additional Insured Endorsement attached.

· Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement in favor of JTTP LLC attached.

Participation will not be permitted without a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) on file. Lapsed coverage results in immediate suspension

Vendor fees are due in full by the stated due date of invoice(s). A five (5) calendar day grace period is provided. If payment is not received within five (5) days, the vendor’s space may be released without notice and offered to other vendors. Repeated late payments may result in removal.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for weather-related occurrences, including wind, rain, extreme heat, dust storms, low attendance, or event interruption. Vendor assumes all risk associated with outdoor participation.

JT Trading Post operates as a curated marketplace. Participation is selective and based on product quality, presentation, performance, and brand alignment.

The following are strictly prohibited:

· Counterfeit or trademark-infringing products.

· Drop-shipped products.

· Mass-produced items readily available on wholesale marketplaces.

· Misrepresentation of handmade or original goods.

JT Trading Post reserves the right to require removal of non-compliant items or terminate participation without refund.
