We are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional vendors once 'SOLD OUT' for a date. Markets will display WAITLIST ONLY once we reach capacity. Please request notification for any and all events you would like to waitlist for. Notifications will go out should a space become available.

WE ARE NOT PROVIDING CANOPIES - PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE SPACE YOU ARE BOOKING AS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECT SIZED CANOPY.

Vendor Space Options:

[X] 8x8 Spaces: These spaces require an 8x8 white top canopy with straight legs.
[X] 10x10 Spaces: These are the only spaces that can accommodate a 10x10 canopy.
[X] Courtyard: You will be located in the courtyard behind the JT Trading Post. This space is ideal for vendors who have 1-2 tables. No Canopies are allowed, you will be under our existing shade structures. Please keep in mind that there may or may not be entertainment in the courtyard. This may not be ideal for those sensitive to noise and congregating guests.

How to Reserve:
Pick your 'Market Date' and then 'Booth Location'. Add to Cart and Checkout.

Your registration is acceptance and acknowledgment of our MARKETPLACE VENDOR AGREEMENT and our expected CODE OF CONDUCT. There are NO REFUNDS, please refer to our Return Policy should you have additional questions.

2. Promoting a Chill Atmosphere: We aim to cultivate a relaxed and welcoming environment for all attendees. Vendors are encouraged to refrain from aggressive sales tactics, such as calling out at visitors. Engage with shoppers in a respectful and non-intrusive manner.

3. Promotional Signage: No additional signage is allowed outside of your booth. This includes a-frames, vinyl banners, and yard signs being displayed beyond your allocated booth space.

4. Music Policy: As part of creating a cohesive atmosphere, we provide music for the enjoyment of all. Vendors are kindly requested not to play their own music to avoid competing with the ambiance we provide and to avoid clashing sounds.

5. Vendor Booth Setup and Dismantling: Vendors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their booths promptly and efficiently within the designated times. This helps maintain a smooth flow of activity and ensures everyone has ample space to showcase their products.

6. Maintaining Cleanliness: Help us keep our market grounds clean and presentable by disposing of trash responsibly and maintaining the cleanliness of your booth area. Lets work together to leave no trace and preserve the beauty of our surroundings.

7. Communication and Conflict Resolution: We encourage open and constructive communication among vendors. If conflicts cannot be resolved independently, please reach out to market management for assistance. Respectful dialogue is key to fostering a supportive community.

8. Compliance with Local Regulations: All vendors must comply with applicable local laws, regulations, and health and safety standards. This includes obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required for selling goods at the market.

9. Feedback and Suggestions: We value your input in continually improving our market experience. Feel free to share any feedback or suggestions with market management to help us better serve our community.

10. Enforcement of Code: Failure to comply with this Vendor Code of Conduct may result in warnings, fines, or expulsion from the market, at the discretion of market management.
