“Lilies” in Italian, gigli pasta is named after the lilies of Tuscany. Cone-shaped and ruffled, our organic Gigli pasta is made in Italy, slow-dried, and bronze-cut. It’s traditionally paired with ragus and creamy sauces but is lovely in baked recipes, too. Made with semolina wheat flour, water, and nothing else, gigli (GEE-lee) is a good source of protein and a healthy addition to pasta night. What’s in it: Organic semolina wheat flour and water.
