An original painting inspired by the desert sky by Joshua Tree Artist Alex Maceda. Looking up at the desert's often swirling clouds, this painting imagines what life would be like up in the sky - an elevated dreamworld. Alex works with the desert environment, including the sun, wind, and natural elements to create her paintings. As this process often takes place outside, sand or natural elements are sometimes mixed into the painting. Any natural elements are intentional, as is any exposed canvas or irregular texture. This painting has finished edges, and can be left framed or unframed.
