An original painting inspired by the desert sky and shifting winds at the work of Desert Transcendentalist artist, Agnes Pelton, by Joshua Tree Artist Alex Maceda. Alex works with the desert environment, including the sun, wind, and natural elements to create her paintings. As this process often takes place outside, sand or natural elements are sometimes mixed into the painting. Any natural elements are intentional, as is any exposed canvas or irregular texture. This painting has finished edges, and can be left framed or unframed.
